One little bank in Texas is going after the CFPB stating that they are not constitutional.  Well they’ve finally got a judge to agree with them, and they’ve even got 11 other states to join in the fight with them.  We say Bravo and let’s see what happens!

New Bill to Delay TRID Enforcement

Fannie Mae has a new home buyer app, but we don’t think it will do much good.  Also, looks like there’s a little steam to slow down TRID enforcement.
